The conference will be held on the open source, browser-based meeting platform BigBlueButton.
The recommended browsers are:

Please note that the panels and keynote presentations will be recorded for documentation and research purposes. You will be informed when the recording starts. If you object to being recorded, you can leave the conference or take steps such as turning your microphone and/or camera off.
The BigBlueButton HTML5 client is WCAG 2.0 AA accessible (with exceptions) and Section 508 compliant. When a user presses the tab key, focus should move to the next interactable element. If the user continues to press the tab key, focus should move in a logical order through all the interactable elements on the page.
BigBlueButton does not offer live transcription. However, scripts of the keynotes are available upon request after the conference.
